A RESOLUTION TO RESPOND TO THE IMPACT OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC ON THE OPERATIONS AND FUNCTIONS OF THE PNP-ITMS-AGPTD

WHEREAS, the PNP-ITMS-AGPTD focuses on issues of strategic importance that will contribute to the successful accomplishment of the vision and mission of the PNP-ITMS;

WHEREAS, the PNP-ITMS-AGPTD provides external perspective and appropriate guidance on key Information Technology issues and concerns of the PNP-ITMS;

WHEREAS, the PNP-ITMS-AGPTD also acts as a conduit for the best possible solutions to pressing current and future issues of the PNP-ITMS;

WHEREAS, COVID-19 limits traditional face-to-face interaction between and among the PNP-ITMS-AGPTD and the PNP-ITMS;

WHEREAS, the PNP-ITMS-AGPTD commits to continue contributing towards the successful accomplishment of the vision and mission of the PNP-ITMS;

WHEREAS, the PNP-ITMS-AGPTD active members are those that have attended almost all of the official meetings of the PNP-ITMS and the PNP-ITMS-AGPTD, they update their colleagues regularly and appropriately, have started and finished projects that benefit the PNP-ITMS, and have consistently adhered to the Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics of the PNP-ITMS-AGPTD;

WHEREAS, the PNP-ITMS-AGPTD is taking a positive response to the pandemic, restrictions because of it, and actions in spite of it;

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved, that the PNP-ITMS-AGPTD will hold at least six (6) meetings per year;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that meetings will be of the following nature:

• One (1) meeting: Start of the Year Kickoff
• Four (4) meetings: Quarterly Reviews
• One (1) meeting: Annual Review at the end of the year or the start of the new calendar year

RESOLVED FURTHER, that Facebook Messenger will be used for AC-only meetings to address the bandwidth and connectivity issues of some members;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the official platform of the PNP-ITMS will be used for joint AC-TWG meetings;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that email will be an added official channel for documentation purposes;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the official documentation repository will be under pnpac.org;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the PNP-ITMS-AGPTD will continue functioning via the following groups:

• AC Core: Three (3) members for quorum purposes
• AC Volunteers: All active members of good standing
• AC Alumni: All former members of good standing

RESOLVED FURTHER, that to clear up its roster, the PNP-ITMS-AGPTD through the PNP-ITMS-PSMU will send a "we thank you for your service" communication to inactive members;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that to ensure synergy, potential future PNP-ITMS-AGPTD members will undergo the following process:

1. Recommendation by a PNP-ITMS-AGPTD member or nomination by the Director of PNP-ITMS
2. Screening by the PNP-ITMS-AGPTD membership committee
3. Approval by the PNP-ITMS-AGPTD
4. One (1) year service in the AC Volunteers group

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a feedback loop between the PNP-ITMS-AGPTD and the PNP-ITMS will be maintained to determine how the PNP-ITMS-AGPTD can continue helping the PNP-ITMS and vice versa.
